■ 2008 OTDA Projects:

   ■  Financial analysis: OTDA has prepared an analysis of the City of Daphne Budget with projections. It has been given to the city finance committee, mayor and council. Click: Financial Analysis to read.

   ■ The 2008 Candidate Forum was held on August 5th. The 12 page OTDA brochure and the 6 page Chamber of Commerce brochure with candidate answers to advance questions can be read by clicking on: 2008 Forum

   ■ Two part Community Conversation: Roundtable Discussion for Olde Towne was held in the Spring for residents, homeowner associations and businesses to generate ideas for improving our community. See Brainstorming for ideas to date.  Ideas generated through this community brainstorming will become part of a plan for Olde Towne, our hometown.
