OTDA will co-host an election forum with the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, August 5th at 7:00 p.m. in the Daphne Civic Center.  This public service event is provided in lieu of a general meeting.  All residents are welcome to attend!

■ Press Release May Meeting:

OTDA is hosting a second community meeting in a series designed to collect the ideas of residents about ways to improve our community. 

Representatives from the Downtown Redevelopment Authority (DRA), Daphne  Beautification Committee, Village Point and OTDA will each spend a few minutes  following up on our community brainstorming session in March with ideas from their groups for small projects in Olde Towne.  We will discuss potential projects and commit to making them happen.

This meeting will primarily focus on Olde Towne, but all residents are invited to attend and to continue to add their thoughts to our growing list of brainstormed ideas for all of Daphne.  See Brainstorming for ideas to date. This is a year long project that will put your ideas into the start of a community based plan.

The meeting starts 6:30 p.m. and we invite you to come early for dessert and be part of the conversation.  Olde Towne is our hometown.  Take part in the process of progress!

■ OTDA Board meetings are scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Library.  Meetings are open to members and the public.
