Proposed Residential High Rise  (RHR)

Zone:

The area outlined in red is the Village Overlay District. The current proposal  is to allow RHR as a suitable use within the district.  This RHR zone would also include parcels, in blue, adjacent to and north of the Overlay District.

The area north of Van Buren Ave, west of HWY98 and south of I-10 is also proposed as a RHR, or condo, zone.
