If start to loose business, Why?

School system strong in Baldwin County

Put up more $ from Daphne

If spend city $ on schools, double taxation

Switch provide to enhance facilities

Maintain citizens input

Promote citizen involvement / input of municipal activities

Add mission statement regarding environmental preservation, noise pollution

Perhaps split lump 2 & 3 regarding different roles

Nothing about fiscal responsibility
