2nd Annual SEEDS Summit Will Feature Top School, County Officials
SEEDS' second annual Mamma Mia
cook-off, celebrating
Daphne's Italian heritage, was held on November 11th under tents on the
site of the new Hutchinson, Moore and Rauch Engineering building on Main
Street. Nineteen teams from throughout the community cooked in
honor of, or under the guidance of, their favorite matriarch. In spite
of cold and windy weather, it was a great evening. There was
spirited competition in cooking and table decorations, as well as
delicious food, great music and prizes.
Team
Alloro cooked again in the 4th annual SEEDS' cook-off on the beautiful new
grounds of City Hall in November. No prizes this year, but our 'Coneglio
Cacciatora' (Rabbit stew) created quite a buzz at the event!Click
